Herbal remedies, if  used as directed, are very safe. Adverse reactions  are generally NOT expected.

Allergic reactions and unpleasant side effects may happen, but are rare.

If you experience reaction or unpleasant side effect when you take your herbal medicine, it is best to discontinue the medicine and contact me to discuss.

It is important that you always keep me informed about any recent or current medications (either prescribed or over the counter variety) you have been taking, so that I can check for possible interactions.

During the treatment it might be necessary for me to  contact your GP, consultant  or care provider.  I would only ever do that with your  written permission.

Where Are The Herbs From?

The herbs are acquired from UK SUPPLIERS who are registered for QUALITY AND SAFETY standards and regularly checked. If possible ORGANIC and from SUSTAINABLE sources. A very  small proportion of herbs, that I like to  use, are grown and  self-harvested or wild crafted  locally.
